LHP purchased these nifty pushup devices that swivel during the pushup for more correct anatomical positioning. It makes pushups more effective, but much harder. We've been trying to get buff (or, for me, do ONE), and JLP discovered he can do pushups, too.

that is so cute! those things look awesome. i wonder if i could do push-ups, i have definitely gotten more muscle from carrying audrey up and down the stairs in her carrier every day.
