Putting the Floor Together Again

After a mishap with the washing machine (my fault, but not my stupidity; the drain hose pulled itself from the sink even after I made sure it was in), some of the cheapy tiles from our floor pulled up. We decided to fix it ourselves, so we bought some floor tile caulking, pulled up the loose ones, cleaned them off so there was a good bonding surface, then glued 'em down. Sounds easy, right?

Well, this all took about four hours to do. There were about 20 up and it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. We also had to do them in sections because we didn't have enough boards and weight to hold them down while the glue cured for a little while.

This picture is the final stage, and you can see the washing machine in the back. Oh, what fun homeownership will be!
